Reviews for Hospice of Green Country, Inc.
Liana Cameris — I was so touched and blown away by the level of care and compassion they gave to my father through the last 7 months before he passed, as well as to my mother throughout the process. So grateful for everyone at Hospice of Green Country and I highly recommend anyone in need of hospice to reach out to them.

suzanne sullivan — Hospice of Green Country helped me with 2 family members in 2 years. Their level of knowledge, compassion and professionalism surpassed my expectations I will always refer to them first

Sana Mumallah Al-Hammami — Unfortunately this hospice isn't very aware of certain lung disorders. I had a family member with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. We felt pressure to COPD medications, which are useless when IPF is scarring, not inflammation. A simple internet research would have provided at least some insight to the disease. They would call when they were at my door or 20mins prior, we weren't informed of the schedule at all, and when we asked for the information on it or how to fix it, no one had a clue and no changes were made. And the worst part? My family member's oxygen was turned down, down out of lack of knowledge, which sent him to the hospital. He was at 4-5L of oxygen and it was turned down to 2L. At the hospital, he was cranked up to 10-15L with a Cpap machine to assist. He had to be taken via ambulance. Certain comfort measures were not accommodated when asked. My family member did not feel like he was being listened to all around and he felt a lack of compassion. He did like one of the bath aids greatly, as she listened to exactly what he asked for. We wish she could have been with the second hospice we went with. I believe she was a student, soft spoken, African America, I think her name is Karen. I am sure that other diseases would be well cared for, but for this one, there is a huge gap of information.

Kristina Sapkota — When my Mom was sick this company came to my home and helped a lot. The constant 24hrs call and care was a relief to the stress and pressure of a sick loved one. I can't imagine how much dedication to be in this field. A special thanks to Kendall, what a wonderful lady and a very hard job. Thank you Green Country for taking care of us in our time of need.

Destiny Ellis — These folks put us right at ease when our Grandma came home on hospice. They were proactive in answering all of our questions and helped us so much in her final days. We would have been lost without their guidance. Their social worker was extremely nice and their nurses were so compassionate and caring. We had everything we needed from them and the assurance that they were only a call away. I just can't say enough good things about this group. We were so impressed with every part of this service. I hope the staff can see the reviews and knows how thankful our family was for their kindness and caring. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
