Terri and Bruce Underwood — I needed to have out patient surgery in April 2022. I asked what my out of pocket cost were going to be after insurance. The business office called the day before surgery wanting to know how we were going to pay. They agreed to discount my bill 3% if we paid in advance. Before paying I specifically ... Read moreasked if this included everything for surgery. The gentleman said oh yes ma'am. This includes everything.
I paid the entire amount. We are still receiving bills nearly six weeks later for different services. We are up to over $400 extra so far. That discount of 3% is slowly dwindling to no discount quickly.
We will never use Comanche Co. Hospital ever again! They'll tell you anything to get your business....then do something else. They have horrible business practices! Don't use them! Read less

Christy Jack — My nurse Susan mccann was SO nice, very genuine nurse. She is definitely an asset to this emergency room as while I'm in my room I can hear lots of cursing and most of the staff's personal business as they sit and gossip at the desk. I myself curse so I've never complained but it is definitely... Read more a different environment lol. All in all though I love 99% of the staff I've encountered!!! Jessica Carrow — Several experiences here in different areas of the hospital with different loved ones of mine as well as myself. I don't know how a hospital with people's lives depending on them every single day can get away with how the vast majority of the experiences I have had/ witnessed.
