Susan Mohnickey — Tony (LaTonya?) who sat with us at Mom's end at Paramount was godsent. She was "chosen" for us at the perfect time and provided so much comfort. She truly has a gift and is well knowledged.

Jacy Jones — Disorganized and unprofessional. They overstay their welcome because they have to copy all medical records by hand even when they are printed out for them.
