The in-home nursing staff were some of the best I've ever encountered, but the "management" leaves quite a bit to be desired & the higher-ups will tell you anything they think you want to hear before (usually) doing the exact opposite.... Tanisha Foster — Very poor communication they don't return calls, they have alot of no- call no-shows. My grandmother is 96 years old and we depend on them, just for them to let us down. Let this be your last resort. I'm in the process of getting another agency.
