It took Care First 10 days from the date of referral to visit my mother for admission evaluation. 10 Days!!! I wonder what Medicare will say about that!! My mother died the day after she was seen by the Hospice Nurse. Absolutely horrible. They never returned calls. Always "on another call" or "in a meeting" when we would attempt to contact them. As a retired Hospice Nurse myself, I know that this is NOT how hospice services are delivered. I would NEVER recommend this Hospice services!!

Kind hearted, caring EARTH ANGEL'S that put their heart's and souls into their job's. They are the best if you're looking for excellent care for your terminally ill loved ones. I thank God they were here for us when I lost my husband and they're still with me through my grieving. God Bless them always.

When my mother died my father, sister and I all attended the grief counseling services at CareFirst with Tara, Chelsea and Carly. My father still does maintenance therapy with Carly.
If it wasn't for them I am not sure how we would have ever continued on with our daily lives.
The memorial services, butterfly release, ornaments etc. and all great ways of celebrating your loved ones life and makes it easier to deal with. I thank CareFirst for this gift they have given us.

We brought CareFirst in to help with my father's terminal illness, and it was one of the best decisions we made for him. They visited with Dad a few times a week, took time to read to him, listen to music, or just sit and visit, whatever he needed at the time. They helped us, the family, understand better what Dad was going through, recommended books and other media, and were there for us when we required support in providing Dads end-of-life needs. I cannot imagine going through the process of death without the care and concern of a group like CareFirst involved. They helped Dad feel not alone and comfortable, and us feel supported and cared for. My family is forever grateful to have had these wonderful people share their knowledge and gentleness with us and Dad in his final days. I highly recommend CareFirst to anyone going through the terminal illness of a loved one.
