Rhonda Davisson — As a family we do not recommend your facility. Too many bad experiences to name them all. Never was able to get a hold of the nurses station by phone. Having one line is a problem no one ever calls you back. The ladies in the rehab department were very nice.

Debra Goodwin — My advice is never put your love ones in this place. My dad entered into Birchpointe in December he never had any water in his room at all. I brought it to their attention several times and nothing. He survived many health issues in his life to die after 6 months upon entering here. They reported ... Read moreto me 3 times that a staff member had Covid and on the last time an unmasked employee gave him Covid and he passed away from it in a week. I feel like they took my dad from me by being careless. We had to wear are mask and had our temperatures taken every time we visited him. These are people who are fragile and they should take every precaution possible when around them. I will never forgive them and I have to live with myself for putting him in there. So please, I would advise to not use this facility. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID that cost my dad his life. Read less

J.D. Yarbrough — My loved one, my Grandfather, was transferred to this facility from the hospital for approx. 1 week after a fall and broken leg. He described this facility as a living nightmare. He said the patients would cry out for help all night with no response from staff. He was not given water, coffee, pillows,... Read more or had any of his requests met for comfort. He would be left in bed unable to move and deteriorate rapidly, developing multiple bed sores. Requests for updates from the family went unanswered. The level of care at this facility is negligent. If you do not have the ability to staff for appropriate care to maintain basic human decency, then do not accept more patients than can be handled. My Grandfather chose home hospice care given his condition after 1 week here. I would never let a loved one near this place again and will live with regret that my Grandfather endured this suffering prior to his passing. Read less
