Dawn Dockter — I am in workers compensation and call multiple medical providers in Minnesota and surrounding states. CHI St Josephs Health is BY FAR THE WORST customer service I have received. The billing department even refused to take insurance information, do business elsewhere.

Madison — Horrible experience. Low level of care in the emergency room. No urgency. Nurses were extremely casual, showed no concern. The "physician" who saw me was dismissive. Truth Hurt's When it's a Real and Honest experience — Everyone who I encountered was extremely polite.
My PCP is amazing. Everyone was in a great mood and made my entire trip for my visit that much better. Check in was a little bit busy, but that's about normal.
