Reviews for Phoenix Home Care & Hospice
j Johnson — Jason RN was a horrible experience. If you have a dying loved one, do not trust Phoenix with their care. If you have the option, go with someone else for hospice care.

Linda Holsey — Everyone took such great care of Nanny. They were so helpful to me too.

ann schepis — Great place to work! Phoenix also has the best staff around that sets us apart from all the rest. We are in the People Business to help take care of your needs.

Jennifer orvis — The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because my initial nursing visit from Molina was great. She was very friendly, and compassionate. They also are pretty good at responding to phone calls. Today a nurse with an attitude came over by the name of Pam. She has absolutely no compassion whatsoever. I’m running a fever, and have a rash all over my body, and I’m tachycardic. Her explanation was well “ you just had surgery last Tuesday”. Yes.. I get it, but this could be serious with a post operative fever, and rash that’s blistering all over my body. She also said that I didn’t need to walk with a walker. Well I’m sorry, but I had major spine surgery.. and it only takes one little stub on a curb to make you trip and fall. I’ll never let her back in my home. If you gave me Molina back I would be more than happy to continue services.

Gloria Holman — We have used all aspects of Phoenix. My husband had Home Health several times. Van, the physical therapist had a special connection with my husband and worked well with him. We used Home Care on several occasions because my husband could not be left alone. Then for the last 6 months we had Phoenix Hospice in the home. My husband passed away a week ago. The entire Hospice team was exceptional. Jason, my husband's nurse is a very special young man. He helped both my husband and myself through a difficult time. Jason kept me informed all along the way what to expect as my husband's condition declined. I was able to keep my husband at home the entire time and I know this would not have been possible without the exceptional Hospice staff. I am deeply indebted to all of them.
