Reviews for Amedisys Hospice
Terry Deaver — My mother-in-law was on Amedisys Hospice. The care she received and the support the family received was outstanding. The nurses, chaplain and social worker were compassionate and genuinely concerned for us as a family.

Jany Lesslie — The loss of my father was incredibly traumatic to my family and myself. When losing your loved one, you're at one of the most vulnerable times of your life. Having the support and care of the Wichita Amedisys staff meant the world to me. They lessened the burden as much as possible, helped me hold my chin up and reminded me of all the remarkable memories we shared. I couldn't have asked for a better hospice team. Hands down, I would trust them to each and every important person in my life when that times comes.

Steve Owen — The care my father received while on hospice was beyond compare! The comfort and compassion that every employee provided exceeded my expectation . I am extremely grateful to the staff.

Linda Begley — The care my husband had from this hospice staff was horrible. Nurse had know idea what he was dealing with and did not realize my husband only lived 3 days after he visited with him and refused to give him .a change of meds to withstand the pain. Cancer was all they is body and bones. Social manager had no empathy for my husband told me I was paticular for caring for my husband because he needed more pain pills and supplies that we didn't arrive until after his death. Chaplin came and asked me where his wife was and when I answered it was me he told me I was to young to be his wife. Right in front of my husband. The only person who was helpful and caring was the health aide. She was wonderful. I had been with hospice before in 1995 my mother was here with and she was terminally ill. They were wonderful. They couldn't have been more caring during and after. My husband died 12/9/17 so I have had some time to think about this.

Jack Forck — Awesome company to work for. Forward thinking and heavy reliance on the interdisciplinary team. Team is cohesive and the services are all ethically driven. Completely changed my whole perspective on what hospice care is. I would have no issue utilizing Amedisys hospice for my own family or loved ones if the need for support ever arises.
