Donna Fletcher — Social Service staff wonderful. The assigned RN didn't follow through on the meds she prescribed. So far I haven't found a good Hospice team in Indy. They don't want the family to beadvocate for their own family. They say, let us do our job and stay out of it. Wrong answer. Not good. Patient deserves the right to be comfortable. They say that to get you to sign on, but don't follow through to make sure the facility is following the orders.
