William Myers — They are still doing a poor job on billing. I Started with the first of November 2021. Just got a letter my account was behind. I have paid Nov. Dec. If 2021. Checks has cleared my bank. I sent a check for January the 1st of the month. Now they say that I own for both Jan and Feb. Again. If this is ... Read more

Mike Hills — This place is terrible! They love to call you to sell you something, but you can't talk to anyone after the purchase- other than billing, and they are unprofessional and not very helpful. This company messes up the billing constantly. Duplicate billings!!!

Patrick Reed — Very poor customer service. Items can only be replaced during certain time frame or insurance won't pay for it. For example bi-pap items that can be replaced once a month. You place your order and it takes them 5 weeks to ship it. They bill it when they ship it. So you can't order more supplies... Read more

Kendra Brown — Billing has sent my bills to the wrong address and then sent me to collections for not paying a bill I never received. I called and they yelled at me and called me a liar even though the person receiving my bill contacted me and sent it to me so I have copies to prove it was sent to the wrong address.... Read more
