Donna Fletcher — They didn't come through as they claim. My stepdad fall and they didn't show up to check him out until 5 1/2 hours later and he was in a great deal of pain. When I tried to advocate for him to have enough medience they told me to and step back and let them do their job. If they we're doing their job then I wouldn't have to step in and get them to do it.
They rush through doing care. They didn't do a good enough job protecting my stepdad from falling out if bed.
They are taking government money and not providing proper care.
The social service lady was the best part of the hospice team.

A D — Caring, compassionate staff. Educated us on how to best care for my grandmother and what to expect during the process. Always responsive. Everyone we interacted with were wonderful from those who answered the phone to our regular caregivers. We are grateful for each one!

KRDS1735 — Such a positive blessing hospice was for my grandfather and family. Every staff member we met was so kind, compassionate, and patient with us. Their volunteers even made a teddy bear out of his favorite sweater after he had passed. Thank you!

Arthur Lappin — They came to my home within 48 hours of accepting me as patient and removed my pain pump which was doing wonderful.I had felt at least 200% improvement in my health and pain management! It was Great! They pulled the plug on pain meds because they said they didnt like where i lived even though they had numerous nurses in and out each day giving me bath and bed sore cleansing (again did great work).Another thing doesnt make sense is they only took Pain Meds They left seroquel and ativan and 3 other prescriptions?!!! It sounds like they took pain meds as punishment or torture as i had no way to get meds until monday 4 days away and i have broken bones on both sides and shoulers left thigh extreme.To a bone cancer victim this is like a torture sentence with no escape.They said go to hospital? I just left hospital that day so i could receive hospice and live at home my remaining life THE WHOLE PLAN!!!!AGAIN THEY ONLY TOOK PAIN MEDS! I ASKED THEM FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART TO PLEASE LEAVE PAIN MEDS IN PLACE UNTIL MONDAY WHEN I COULD FIX THINGS.NO!!!!NOW I CANT MOVE ARMS OR LEGS WITHOUT SCREAMING.This is not helping me at all .I AM IN TERRIBLE PAIN!

GodMother Vee — They do not support like they promise to when the process starts. Very slow to respond at times. Idk if there are any good hospice teams but this one AINT it!
