Reviews for Hospice of Greater Chicago, LLC
Carol Robson — Santuary Hospice needs to change there procedures. When they order a nebulizer machine, the nebulizer medication should be ordered at the same time. When delivering a vial of medicine that requires a syringe, that syringe should be included. My mother arrived home on Tuesday at 11:30 AM, saw the intake nurse at about 1:30 PM. The nurse order the medication and indicated we needed the two meds right away. We did not receive the meds until after midnight and there was no syringe. Because of these errors she was not able to receive the Acetylcyst medication with the Albuterol. At 2:30 AM we were complaining about the delay in getting the meds and the missing syringe. My mother died about an hour later because she couldn't breath. If she had these medications when she needed them, she would have lived long enough to see her family who were coming up to see her for Christmas.

laila williams — Sanctuary took care of my grandfather in his final days. Without this company I don’t know if he would have been able to spend his last days at home surrounded by his loved ones due to severity of his illness. They made sure he was in no pain and all the staff was very attentive and polite. I couldn’t have chosen a better company than Sanctuary & I will be forever grateful!

Minerva Ramos — Still having a good experience with their services. I would refer friends and family in need of services to them.
