Alexis — The person who picks up the phone for "FELISA MESTRE" is disgustingly rude. Hung up the phone before a family member had a chance to finish a sentence. Fire her. Disgusting.

Gina Bonfietti — The quality of the care and staff was mostly subpar. A care plan was never done on my Mom. I witnessed an aid yelling at a patient, when I reported it nothing was done.
