Sandi Johnson — It's difficult to put into words how bad it was when dealing with this company. They use the bait and switch technique to get you to sign up for their services.
One of the representatives actually told us they offer the services of a podiatrist, and physical therapy. None of this is true.

Deborah Steger — Vitas in torrence was wonderful. The nursing staff (April) , the doctors, chaplain, patient advocate (Mercedes) and home health aide (Alice)went above and beyond for my father. The care my father received was genuine and top notch and my family and I can't thank them enough.

Fran Doe — Vitas MURDERED my mother. Do not trust Vitas or Kaiser. Kaiser assured the family that Vitas was a good choice since my mother couldn't stay in the hospital nor could she physically get to doctors appointments. Real Alex Doe — The disorganization and miscommunication within this hospice are deplorable. Their left hand does not know what their right hand is doing.
