They were always available when my family called for all aspects from nursing, social work, to spiritual guidance. If we needed a wheelchair, we got one immediately. If they needed personal hygiene products,... Read more we got them. If it was a prayer, we got one. Lam, Virginia, Sherie and many others were patient, caring, thoughtful, resourceful, vigilant and most of all loving toward my parents and family. The loss of parents is extremely painful and challenging and Complete Hospice made it much easier for my parents and for the family. Both my parents passed peacefully due in large part from the service and care provided by Complete Hospice. 5 stars are not enough to express how grateful I am for the work that these incredible people do every day. Not Necessary — Would not recommend this company to anyone in need of hospice or palliative care. In addition, I would not recommend this company to any of the wonderful nurses I know as a place of employment. There is zero work/ life balance like they claim to offer as a "perk" and they will degrade their... Read more employees and their patients. I have personally witnessed MANAGEMENT saying terrible things about the patients and their families and referring to them as names such as "stumpy" and "living dead guy." I felt awful for these poor souls. Needless to say, I no longer work with these crude individuals. My recommendation is to steer clear of this company at all costs. Read less

Cheryl — Personalized care, 12/1 nurse to patient ratio, responsive & collaborative care. All medications paid for, all medical equipment & care staff paid for under the hospice benefit through Medicare. Compassion & Dignity!
