Jessica Woodall — Thank you to Elite Hospice for the exceptional care my aunt received during her time on hospice service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every need was met for her and the family. We could not have asked for better care. A special thank you to her nurse, Linda and Her CNA Melia. Debra Evans — I would like to say how appreciated I am for how well hospice was when my dad was dying. He lived in Hatfield and known by many people for helping others. Anyway, I don’t know how many times I would call hospice day and night during his last week of life. Someone would always answered and help me. My... Read more dad was in so much pain because the tumor was so large that it was breaking ribs as it grew more. My day meant so much to me, and he was my hero and my friend. So I did not want him in pain and suffering but I was scared that I may do something wrong. Hospice always walked me through whatever I needed to do to care for him. They came there often to check on him but still gave us the privacy we needed with him. If he needed an equipment, I was so shock because often it would show up that day. He lacked nothing that was needed. He had the best two nurses coming there. One of them learned real fast as she asked questions that my dad loved to joked. He would think he got her good but she was fast with a witty remark back and he would and laugh. The other nurse was as sweet as one can be. She actually came at 12 at night when we thought he was dying. She helped in every way she could but he surprised us and gave us one more day. I want to thank Hospice of Mena, AR from the top that made sure everything my dad needed was provided. And I want to thank the two nurses for guiding us and being there for my dad. He deserved the best and got that when hospice took over. Read less

Misti Borders — My mother had terminal cancer & was brought from hospital to her place. Her living conditions was not good & she was placed in a run down camper. But her wishes was to die at home with her animals near by. I love my mom but she was eccentric & could be very difficult & had over 50 dogs... Read more on her farm. I could not have made it without the help of hospice ! I can not say this enough for I felt alone, scared & inadequate but they helped me through the process, they handled my mom with such grace & love and looked over her difficult personality as if it wasn’t even there as well as her extreme living conditions of no AC & inside plumbing. They gave her respect & love but most of all each staff person that came showed they cared about her as a person & her well being. Towards the end I had to make some difficult decisions & they educated me, reminded me the importance of quality of life till the end. Not only did my mom receive top care But I did too , Seriously the care was the best a person could ask for ! She left this world surrounded by her animals like she wanted & feeling her wishes mattered. After my mom passed away one of the hospice nurses came voluntered help with my moms animals till I could find homes for them all. She didn’t get paid for that but it showed me this company believed in hiring personal that was invested in people’s lives & cared. It was one of the most difficult time of my life for not only was I loosing my mom but I was staying in conditions I wasn’t use to. Hospice never complained about the conditions but instead embraced them for they got it was about my moms wishes. I just pray when my time comes I have people such as these at elite hospice in Mena Arkansas to care for me. I will be eternally grateful for all they did for my mom. She was supplied with everything she needed & didn’t suffer which was her greatest fear. Money can’t buy that .........if u want your loved one to have the best care, be supplied with their needs, educate the family through the process where you know you have support then this is the company to hire. I am 100% sure I wouldn’t have made it without them . Read less
