So sorry Judith. Yes, emotions are all over the place. Not only is the grief unbearable but I find myself filled with anger. My daughter passed 6/2021.
Hoping, over time, it gets easier for you. I find focusing on the good times, her quirky ways help.
And talking to people, anyone. Just don't be alone.
