This listing includes:
♥ 1'' aluminum tag, domed and engraved with any name you'd like (up to 8 characters) and a heart (included by default). Initials and numbers are not ideal for this piece. If you would like initials and/or a date on this piece, please contact me prior to ordering.
♥ A beautiful stainless steel heart shaped urn, will never chip, tarnish or turn yellow.
♥ 1 filling kit with funnel and instructions on how to seal your urn. Do not wear your urn until it is properly sealed.
♥ 2 chain lengths to choose from.
ALL cremation jewelry must be sealed before wear. You will need to use an epoxy type glue to seal your urn. This can be found in the craft section of major retail stores. E6000 or Loctite glue are recommended for sealing, however, since these glues have different skin irritants, please be sure to read the ingredients and choose what is best for you. Do not use Super Glue to seal your urns.
Aluminum and stainless steel are a beautiful, affordable alternative to sterling silver. They are both solid and sturdy.
It is recommended to remove jewelry for bathing, swimming etc.
Engraving is a very precise form of inscription. It takes a very skilled set of eyes to design and align a piece to be perfectly engraved. Each letter is carved into the metal, which adds to it's longevity and character. Small imperfections are to be expected, since this item is handmade.
Dimensions:
Once completed, the pendant will measure about 24mm wide (just under 1''). It is domed so the urn is nestled in the pendant.
Heart urns measure 12mm wide and 16mm tall with the enclosure hoop.

Hi Sharon! This piece can be personalized to say any name you'd like. Sometimes I can fit two names, however, I am limited to the number of characters that will fit. Two names are usually stacked also. I personally do not recommend this piece when memorializing more than one person, since the urn only holds a small bit of ash.
I'm ordering this for my 10 year old nephew. What length chain do you recommend?

Hi Pat! So sorry for the delayed reply. I was out of the studio for the holiday. I would recommend a 16'' chain for a child. It leaves enough room for them to grow into, but isn't so incredibly long that it gets in the way.
Do you do a proof so I can see what it looks like sized down? And would it still have the heart?

do you have anything like this necklace but could add another heart (for two parents , so they can be worn ❤ and always be together, just like they wanted? Its for my mom and dad. and I am also looking for something similar for my two daughters and Prolly my grand daughter so total of 4 necklaces or bracelets, and I really would like to find something for my four sons? but haven't seen much out there for a man? any suggestions ?
