You served the Gaylord family on 5-26-20. Paul and I along with his brother Gerald grew up together in an area called LaSalle in Niagara Falls in the 50's and 60's. Sue Ellen Jones — He is VERY slow about putting the death date on the tombstone. My aunt died 2 yrs ago & it's STILL not on there.
NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. Called over 50x ,left messages, & NO response.
What's up with this??

Ball-Head Sports Memorabilia — It took over an hour during service hours for them to get my dads video picture slide up and playing then before making sure that he got his last name pernounced the correct way, he announced it the wrong way in front of all of our family and friends.

Joan Liggetto — Michael was very sincere and genuine. The passing of our mother was devastating yet Michael really took time to assist us every step of the way. He paid attention to detail and went above and beyond.
