I own a niche, Bell Tower Columbarium Block A Space 106 North. In the near future, I will need the space opened for my wife's ashes and then closed. No service is required. Please advise the cost of this. Also, please verify the niche size. - Jerry H.

My family left feeling worse than ever; the funeral home told us about... Read more Hill Country Memorial Cemetery and immediately when we arrived we were greeted by the owner and he had been working in the cemetery so he apologized for his appearance. He informed us usually his wife greets us, but she was absent that day. He showed us around and we instantly knew this was the best place to bury my sister. They cared about my family and didn’t treat us like another dollar sign.

Like other reviews I too had an encounter with a groundskeeper, however he was very pleasant. I went to visit my sister one day and just stood there staring at her grave crying and lost. He came up to me, stood next to me, and apologized for my loss and let me just tell him about her and cry. He let me take my time, and informed me I was parked where I wasn’t supposed to, but let me take my time before I moved my vehicle.

You get a sense of peacefulness and I couldn’t be happier with where we chose to have my sisters final resting place. Read less

Melanie Blacksmith — I used the services of Hill Country to bury my client. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The grounds are well kept. I’m very grateful to them for the service they provided.

nelsens — Grateful to the owners and staff of Hill Country Memorial Gardens. They did everything necessary to make the burial of our grandson as peaceful and calming as possible. We anticipating visiting regularly in the future now that we have family interred here

Gabby Sanchez — If I could give this Cemetery 0 stars I would. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF...they don’t truly care about the families they are serving. They only go by what they wanna do and if you don’t comply then “you’re not welcome back here” according to them! ILLEGAL!!! I definitely do not recommend this cemetery to... Read more anyone..RUDE AS CAN BE...had to file assault charges on the owner today! I’m truly disgusted and mentally anguished by the way he treated my co-worker AND I today. He is unstable and I urge everyone to not take their loved ones here. He doesn’t have an ounce of compassion in his body and I don’t know what a person like that is doing in the funeral business. STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANNA BE HELD AGAINST YOUR WILL BY THE OWNER Read less

Jen Reid — I would give this place zero stars if I could. Horrible service, immensely disrespectful and rude. The groundskeeper barked at us at an unstably loud voice to leave the premises because we had apparently unknowingly turned the wrong direction along the cemetery’s path. We’ve never been there before ... Read moreand had no clue which way to go. We are grieving and were hoping to say goodbye to our friend who had just been buried that morning. This old man is a miserable man with no compassion or care and I would NEVER allow him to have any part of a loved one’s final resting arrangements. The hatred he exuded to a woman alone with crying children who just lost their friend, was baffling. He is not suitable to be in the business he is and I urge you to do business somewhere else with a place that actually cares for the people and their families they are providing a service to. Be safe entering these grounds, this man is mentally unstable and dangerous. Read less
