Laura Massingill — Worst example of “perpetual care.” There’s very little (if any) found here, and the surviving family members have to deal with the patronizing employees, who are “so sorry” yet refuse to do anything to correct their mistakes. The company refuses to take any responsibility for their own employees actions that resulted in damage to my mothers gravesite.

Michelle Anderson — ** Update** Still the absolute worst customer service ever!!!! Customer service is lacking. Workers need to understand they are dealing with families on their darkest days and grief goes far beyond day of burial. We asked for assistance on numerous occasions only to be made promises that were never kept.Our request was not huge, just a simple temporary marker, until the permanent one could arrive. Should have been a simple fix yet after four conversations with three different staff still no marker in place. There is absolutely no acceptable answer for why staff would cause a family member to be upset over such a simple request. Family members even offered to pay for a temporary marker (due to permanent marker being purchased else where) but was assured by staff not necessary and one would be placed. Yet here we are two weeks later and still no marker.

Rylie Hannon — I am appalled with the lack of customer service etiquette at this establishment. My loved one was buried a year ago today and last year my family was treated with no compassion. If you can not sympathize with a grieving family then you should not work in this industry. Examples such as being aggressive when asked about options and getting a second opinion on funeral arrangements, such as headstones, and being told and I quote, “What it looks like doesn’t matter.” With that being said we assumed that was just how we were going to be treated ,but I have a problem when my loved one’s flowers have been taken from their grave and never returned. We understand that they must be moved for services, but when requested for our handmade $80 arrangement back were are told it’s thrown away that’s ridiculous. The excuse was they were “old”. They were 2 weeks old! We should not feel the need to track our flowers but so help me I will never have a arrangement stolen again. We are stuck dealing with this incompetent cemetery, but if I can help one grieving family have a better experience then it’s a win. Best wishes.

Jeanette Bruton — I have two siblings that are in wheelchairs and the staff made sure that the both of them were able to be apart of our moms final farewell at the graveside on the day of her funeral. I have always been treated with kindness and much care every time I enter their doors. I am very thankful for the compassion they showed to me and my family.
