My parents and grandparents are buried at WC. I am deeply saddened when I go to a place to be with them that are are unsightly cedar trees at the road approaching their final resting places. Can you please remove them. I will gladly donate 2 trees in place. – peggy h.

Joel K — We had a graveside service for my mother on Jan. 10, arrived 30 minutes early and the tent was not up yet. We watched in horror as the workers pulled the tent into place while running over flowers and urns from nearby graves, pulling them behind the tractor as they went and eventually dumped into a ... Read morenearby cart.
The tent was broken and two legs wouldn't extend so half the tent was extended fully and the other half only about 3 feet off the ground. A gentleman from the mortuary asked the workers to just remove the tent altogether and one of them said they were disappointed since they spent a lot of time putting it up.
I emailed White Chapel and got no response and the email for the company HQ posted on their website was invalid. Such a disappointment for such an already emotional day - I'll have the image of broken tent and disregard for graves/flowers in my mind forever. Read less

Peggie Robertson — She is so professional and also friendly. Make you feel very comfortable in discussing your needs. I followed her from Old Mission to White Chapel. Have loved ones at both facilities and needs for mine. We are like family and highly recommend friends and family to her for their needs.

Our needs were met, with kindness throughout, both from Gina & the others at White Chapel, all the way through final interment. The interment attendant was so kind, respectful & patient, at a very tender moment for us. We will always remember these things. Read less

Mary Beth — We went a few days back to find some relatives I knew were buried here but it had been a little while since I have been able to make a visit. We had a nice young man by the name of Jaron Hicks help us find them and he was just so sweet and patient with us even with it being so chilly outside.
