I reported the damage to my Parent's headstone in May of 2022. It is still not repaired. I have kept in contact via phone or visits concerning this and talked to 4 different members of the staff only to be told item was back ordered or that it will be repaired ... Read more

Stephanie Workman — I had them order a military foot stone for my grandfather in October 2020. VA says they will not do the bronze. Manager currently at the funeral home basically said I would probably not get a refund of the $1200 I paid up front for the stone. That’s pretty bad business in my opinion. I have been nice... Matt Davis — It has been at least 2 years working with Forest Lawn to get a headstone put in place. We have worked with several individuals at the location, with no traction. Promises have been broken or not held up. Forest Lawn keeps telling us that "They're working on it." Nothing is getting done,... Read more

Tamara Chaney — DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! My Mom passed away in September of 2021 and my sister passed away in January of 2022. They STILL have not put my Mom's date of death on her and my Dad's tombstone. And my sister's tombstone still has not been placed. We paid in full for ALL of it!

Clinton Lawrence — The grass looks awesome this year. One of the landscape crew member cleaned around two of my family members headstones. The landscape crew was polite and patient. Probably one of the nicest landscaping crews I have ever encountered with. I can’t remember the last time the landscape has looked this good.... Read more
