Q&A

Can I purchase a plot from a individual. If so how do I know that the seller is the real owner of the plot and how will I know it belongs to me after the purchase. Is there some type of deed or title. – Richard K.

We have two lots for sale in The Garden of Peace. I do have the warranty deed for proof of ownership. I just spoke to Bellevue Memorial Gardens and they would take care of the transfer if you are interested in purchasing.

I have two plots in the military section I wish to sell them and I have called you for pricing. Do you sell them for 2500 each or for both? Linda K – LINDA K.

My name is Paul Tenney.I have a double plot. I would like to do what I did several years ago and give my plot to my Niece Kristen Folger. Her husband passed suddenly Friday. We understand the need to pass your grave-digging equipment between the graves in order to prepare for burials. However when damage is done to already existing graves, why is it not IMMEDIATELY repaired. There are two 8 - 10 inch deep tractor wheel ruts across the graves of my wife's parents and several neighboring graves. Very disturbing sight for my wife! – Jerry H.

Thomas Lovett — The phones no not work. I have been trying to contact for days now. No contact online. I will be glad when I can contact them. Got to have my father moved out of this poor run grave yard. I have all but begged them to contact me they are unresponsive.
