Q&A

I had a pet cremation done on March 2 2022. The wooden box urn was lovely. The question I have is why wasn't the bag of ashes enclosed in a satin or velvet bag ? All other pet cremations I had from other places did this as part of the service. That skipped step disappointed me and made me feel like a bit of compassion was lost in the process. – Eileen T.
