David Szymonik — You all did awesome and we have always been pleased with eternal hills ever since our Nonna was buried there! Especially, Michelle was super amazing and just took care of us. The service and respectfulness was very wonderful. We appreciate that during tough times. Thanks Michelle for all you did for my sister and I! It means a lot.

S R — I realize that with the virus we’re dealing with things can be confusing. With that said after using Eternal Hills for my brother-in-law just 6 months ago, I wasn’t too impressed with the service then but with my father-in-law’s funeral this last April I’m really quite disappointed. We were told a few times that we were allowed only 3 people in attendance. After some talking I got 4 approved. So my son, daughter and their spouses went to see their grandfather interred in his crypt. My wife and myself didn’t go because of the limits on attendance only to find out ten chairs were set up. That and being told his urn was to be interred instead of his casket and the wrong date of death on the engravers orders. These people are far from professional.

Tanya Januszko — Losing a loved one is terrible and no one looks forward to dealing with a mortuary. When I first contacted Eternal Hills, they were incredibly kind and empathetic. They answered all my questions and helped me through the process, which proved to be more complicated due to the pandemic we're experiencing around the globe.

Because I couldn't come onsite for a consultation, Lanita helped guide me to buying an urn online that could be shipped directly to them. When Dad was ready to come home, they called and offered to bring him to our house as a courtesy so I didn't have to drive there. Sarah was more than willing to accommodate all of my pandemic protocols...masks and gloves on, and keeping safe distances from each other as we exchanged paperwork on my front porch.

From beginning to end, they made a difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be under the circumstances. Eternal Hills is a great choice if you want to be treated with great care. Thank you Lanita and Sarah.
