Susan Campbell — Crestwood has really gone downhill. We had great service and an excellent planner with Tinley Kirby. However, the roads in the cemetery are totally unacceptable! Ashley Howell — I dont even know where to begin. First and foremost, we begin dealing with these people a week prior to our arrival from out of state to their funeral home. Upon getting to the funeral home, NO PAPERWORK was ready. So not only did my mother, the widow, have to sit there for 3 hours while they pulled... Read more paperwork together, Jim decided he would take it upon himself, to make a decision for my father's funeral without talking to my mother first. This issue being my father being given a proper burial as he had served in the military. Jim told my mother that they would perform that service before the actual funeral, instead of after the service, again, this being a decision Jim took it upon himself to make without calling my mother, as he told the servicemen it "would be fine," ad they had ANOTHER funeral to attend some distance away. (Okay, whats that got to do with MY fathers funeral?? Or why not ask us to move our funeral time so that he receives a proper burial?)) Thankfully, my uncle, a retired corporal, was able to step in and make some phone calls to assure our father was buried with the same respect and honor he served his country with.

Jim has started seeing these people as paychecks and it shows in his "customer service" and bedside manner if you call it with funerals. He lacks empathy and quite frankly doesn't need to deal with the public in any form, especially in death...

Now the day of the funeral. We were told by Michelle and Jim they would have the casket setup graveside for us before 1 o'clock because we did not have pall bearers. Well at 1 o'clock, we have to ask men from our family to help move the casket in place. Along with flowers.

So unfortunately we have to go back the next day. For 3 days we have been trying to get a paper filled out for my dad's foot stone. The VA is telling us that the funeral home fills out the paper, the funeral home is telling us the VA. So now we sit another 2 hours filling out MORE paperwork. My mother speaks about buying plots for herself and my sisters and purchased the quarterly flower plan they advertised. Now this was February 17th. They told us as soon as they finished running her card yet again, they were going to put the flowers out for not just my father, but grandmother and aunt that day and they would make sure the area is clean etc...

Well my mom took an unscheduled trip this past weekend just to see the same flowers from my dad's funeral, dead, on his grave sight. Flowers that had been there since Michelle and Rachel promised to put new ones out on February 17th! Not just for my dad but for my aunt and grandmother! 3 weeks had gone by.!!! They forgot to put put my dad's flowers out but didn't forget to call my sister and ask if my mother was still interested in purchasing cemetery plots!

I told her ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will not deal with these people ever again!!!! I do not recommend these people or their company. Especially for them to say my aunt was like family to them and this was the treatment we had for a funeral. I sure hate how to see how they would treat a stranger.

It's so bad my mom is contemplating having my dad moved from their cemetery all together. Thanks for making this the absolute worse experience of my mother's life. Read less

Mac Gaming&Music — I love this place. Never been treated as nice as Tracy treated me. I would recommend using her for all your funeral needs. She is very helpful and kind to everyone. She helped me bury my great grandmother.

Elizabeth McDaniel — My experience was wonderful ! Michelle Fennell was the sweetest ! She was very kind understanding and willing to answer any question we had. You can definitely tell she really cares for her customers! That is for sure hard to find these days!

Ylanda Hallman — Amanda Williams was very pleasant and caring person.She makes you feel very comfortable while discussing burial plans. I highly recommend Crestwood memorial and Amanda Williams to help with all your burial needs

Carlton Miller — I live out of state. My father was buried here. I came to visit him and no head stone. I ask why. Said the stone needed to be finished paid for. So I did pay in 2017 for his stone.
